At Panda Jack, we want to ensure that your shopping experience is as convenient as possible. Panda Jack’s deliveries are of two types. Panda Jack can deliver through its own staff, or it reserves the right to use a third party. Please review the following details regarding our shipping policy:

  • Delivery Method: We offer Standard Delivery via Akis Express, or Standard Delivery through Panda Jack resources.
  • Shipping Location: Currently, we only ship within Cyprus.
  • Delivery Timeframe: Your order will typically be delivered within 2 business working days from the date of purchase. Please note that this 2-day period includes the processing time, which takes 1 business day.
  • Shipping Costs: For orders under 30EUR, there is a standard shipping fee of 2.50EUR. For purchases above 30EUR, delivery is free. We strive to provide door-to-door delivery whenever possible; however, in some cases, delivery may be to the closest Akis dispatch center to your address. We will communicate this personally by email.
  • Order Processing Time: We aim to process and dispatch your order within 1 business day from the time of purchase.
  • Order Tracking: We do not provide direct order tracking information on our website. If you have any inquiries about the status of your delivery, please don’t hesitate to contact us at support@pandajack.com, and we will assist you promptly. Rest assured, we take full responsibility for tracking and ensuring the safe delivery of your order on your behalf.
  • Shipping Restrictions: Currently, we only ship within Cyprus. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
  • Lost or Damaged Items: If you encounter any issues with lost, damaged, or delayed items, please refer to our refund and returns policies, which can be found in the dedicated document.
  • Third-Party Provider: Even when we use a third party delivery provider, we will manage all aspects of the delivery process, and you can trust us to resolve any delivery-related concerns.   • Delivery Provider: While we work with a third-party delivery provider, rest assured that we take full responsibility for the delivery process, and you do not need to interact directly with the provider.
